I was on holiday in the Lake District and at the holiday cottage was a goat skull. I thought, that would make amazing demon horns, so I photographed the skull. I then had the lovely Darren maker fierce faces for me to get my demon. I added the horns, spikes to his shoulders and hands, and sharpened his teeth.
